We are in a period when new applications to implement GTD appear every week, if not every day. This is so much so that it seems difficult to keep track of them; hence, the idea of a regular feature on new GTD apps on this blog.

I received today a message from Todd Vasquez, the creator of Ready-Set-Do!, drawing my attention to his product, launched last September and which costs US$19.95. Todd describes it as follows: “It is a rather unique approach to GTD in that it integrates all of one’s files and programs into David Allen’s GTD workflow without locking users into only one program. It comes with two very nice Quicktime tutorial movies that overview the 9 core GTD habits. [...] PC users may also like to download “Just the RSD Movie” so they can see the Quicktime movie on its own.

This sounds like a remarquable use of applescripts and well worth a try.

OS X must be set to “English” language & formats to “U.S.” or else scripts won’t work.
